3. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment is received.
• Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.
• Verbal discussions do not constitute a confirmed booking.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event details including venue, timing, and permissions.
• Ensure access and cooperation for smooth coverage.
• Arrange necessary permissions for photography/videography.

5. Payments & Pricing

All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation. Additional services, extra hours, or special requests may incur extra charges. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Client-initiated cancellations may attract cancellation charges. Advance payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may involve additional costs.

7. Force Majeure

Event Clickers shall not be held responsible for delays or failure due to circumstances beyond control including natural disasters, government restrictions, power failures, or technical issues.

8. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and edited content remain the intellectual property of Event Clickers. Clients are granted usage rights for personal or agreed commercial use. Content may not be resold or altered without written consent.

9. Portfolio & Promotional Use

Event Clickers reserves the right to use selected content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.

10. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on event size, workload, and revision requests. Delays due to client-side approvals are not the responsibility of Event Clickers.

11. Limitation of Liability

Event Clickers’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed moments due to restrictions, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.

12. Privacy Policy

Client information and content are kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary to deliver services.

13. Third-Party Involvement

Event Clickers may engage freelancers or partner vendors. While quality standards are maintained, Event Clickers is not liable for independent third-party failures.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

15. Changes to Terms

Event Clickers reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
